How the workshop will go:

*We will collectively sip our delicious warming cup of Cacao while setting wholesome intentions and expressing gratitude for Mother Earth and all that she provides. 

* Gentle movement and breathwork to help the Cacao work its magic 

* Crafting: Wire wrapping Crystal's into beautiful necklace pendants, earrings or a charm is very satisfying and fun...and you get to wear them proudly when complete if you wish 😀

Different crystals have different energies / healing properties that can be a wonderful aid in meditation, mindfulness and healing. They also look gorgeous!

There will be a selection of crystals available for you to choose from 😊 

All equipment provided!

Spaces are limited and I will be there to guide, encourage and demonstrate, to help you make something beautiful for yourself or maybe a gift for your someone special this holiday season 🎁💝
